The little dude is the one who called "The Cape" to let him know that Spawn was in trouble, so it's not surprising he showed up himself. The thing with a show like this is, people start seeing plot holes even when there are none because there are so many legitimate ones.

I'm still churning through this. So far I'd rate it as better than the past couple of seasons of Heroes but not even as good as Chuck so far (which itself is not very good)

We watched the 2 hour premier. (stopped it at the 40 minute mark) I was quite put off by The Cape. Sure it is a super hero genre but I didn't want to go on any more as it soured my appreciation of the actors having to say such trite crap. I think they would have been better served by a different origin story. Trying to base the show in reality and then making it preposterous served no one. No Ordinary Family is childish but is viewed as a family drama and the 4400 and Heroes both did this trope in a far better fashion. (IMHO)
You guys enjoy but I will Pass

You do have to realize the campy nature of it is part of an intended effect. Just remember the scene at the store when he knocks out the robbers and the guy ask who he is and then says "keep working on it".

when did it become illigal? I had shark fin soup when i was in England bout 10 years ago

some quick research on wikipedia... Hawaii is banning them completely this year. The US bans finning (cutting the fins and discarding the rest of the shark). You can still get it if you take the entire shark.
