Interesting in the sense that Fed buildings usually have more stringent security protocols whereby firearms would be prevented from entering the facility.

Well, if they didn't have tight security measures in place, they sure are going to ramp that up in a hurry.

Let the sue jobs against the gov't begin.

They could probably beef up security with retired cop volunteers.

I can't believe how many shootings like this take place in this country. This is beyond ridiculous. Two shooters can't both be disgruntled employees, can they?

Anything is possible. Two or more suggests a political motive to me. If you consider all the mass murders in US history which involve rage/craziness they're all lone nutters, with Columbine the only exception which comes to mind. That said, it's obviously too soon to make even an informed guess.

I can just about guarantee the white house is going to come out and say "not terrorism, workplace violence"

Just watch. "We have no idea what happened, but nope...not terrorism!"

He probably had a Glock and an AK-47 as well. Both fully automatic of course. And he probably didn't say allah akubar before shooting. In the end it will be reported as an accidental discharge and will be a workplace accident / incident.

Seriously, how did he get access to a weapon in a secure facility unless he was one of the guards?

Fairly sure the gate guard was shot

Do you expect people to blame the type of gun used in this incident? Some believe that if only a certain type of gun were removed from our possession, then these events wouldn't take place.
