I like the Beast for a cheapy, and won't drink "ice" beer of any kind. Regular Natty Boh isn't too bad though. Nothing Coors makes is worth a shit, including Killians. The only thing Irish about that beer is the word on the label.

You should all be drinking Steel Reserve 40s. $2 for good buzz.

Yeah, I dont care what beer snobs say, everyone knows that Natty Ice is where it's at :awe:

You obviously have no taste buds. Or just stay too drunk all the time to notice the piss water you're consuming.

I could name many, many beers with much better taste than Natty Ice. Shoot, even the San Miguels I had in the Philippines was better tasting!! Not the nice export stuff, we're talking the "home brew" stuff, that you don't hold up to the light so you won't notice all the stuff floating in it!!

Anyone who thinks Natty Ice taste good is just a cheap ass broke college student D:

Objection! I'm a broke college student and I realized how shitty Natty was when I splurged and bought myself some Sam Adam's.

Its good when its free or you're drinking for drunk, but I've come to enjoy a nice buzz and chilling over partying (which, lets face it, is basically beerpong and ring of fire in a crowded room).

Hmm I'll have to check it out now. Thanks

be warned, it is pretty bad...but so is Keystone. ;)

I haven't had the pilsner, though someone in the other thread said they preferred it to the lager. Not sure if the pilsner is 6.2% ABV, though. :hmm:

Never even heard of this stuff. Reading the responses it seems like that is a good thing. :hmm:

6.2 is a lot. Should be a good beer for when my buddies just want to get plastered.

I posted a long-winded rant in that thread yesterday about cost and efficiency for this class of beer. Simpler Times is the obvious winner for those drinkers that actually hate beer (light beer drinkers, shotgunning, just want to get wasted, etc).

at $2.99/six pack and 6.2%, you can't do any better.

Attractive label, especially for a cheapy. I can't drink strong standard beers though. They always taste like piss :^D I do strong stouts and ales though.

yeah, I think it's designed to evoke the Depression era. A lot of companies have recession ales out, at least in CA. :D
