Natty Ice is the best beer

Lemmee guess...the OP used caustic soda or perhaps sulfuric acid as a mouthwash/gargle as a child and has no taste buds left...

same price as natty light ($12/30 case frat discount whhhhaatttsss uppp) but more alcohol?

count me in

It's the best beer for homeless people

Actually, they'd be better off grabbing a cup and catching the drunks' piss after they've left the bar.

I had a friend that drank a pitcher of really old Natty Ice for some bet. It had been sitting outside in the summer too. No one else would even touch it. Of course this same person drank goldfish (and the water they were in) on a bet as well.

Perhaps you missed the Official Thread...

but the Best Beer around is Killian's Irish Red

Everyone Knows This.

I don't think I've ever had a Natty Ice. If I'm gonna be drinking watery or cheap beer, I'll just grab a Bud or Coors.

So many good beers, so little reason to waste my calories on bad ones. I cannot remember which green bottle beer I had that was disgusting beyond belief, so I avoid them all. I think it was Heineken, but it's been years of avoiding green bottles. One day I'll taste a Heineken and find out if that's the culprit. Peroni is a green bottle beer that tastes the exact same disgusting as the original mouth fouling nameless green beer that still haunts me.

Memorables:
Peroni + the nameless green = massively disgusting

Steam Whistle = toronto local beer with no preservatives (so it doesn't travel), it's fantastic beyond belief like all fresh beers, but what makes it special is the magic lingering aftertaste and the even more magical AFTERaftertaste. Yes, the third taste is superior.

Becks = blandest beer ever, and yet sometimes I want one

Stella = not stella artois, stella. Made in Egypt. I know there is poison in this beer even though it is delicious. I woke up and every joint in my body hurt after having 6 the night before. And no, there was no hangover because I always drink lots of water. Especially when in north africa.

Was it Rolling Rock? I remember my friends hated it.

Either Rolling Rock or Heineken, yes. I have no idea which. It'd take $3 for me to find out at the local packy. I mean, it's important enough to find out.

There's a reason it's called Shatty Ice. Anyways, back in college we used to go to a liquor store that sold a 30-pack of the stuff for $12. Couldn't beat the price and the beer itself was a better than, say, Schlitz so we couldn't complain.

I always preferred Natty Light. It was tasteless but inoffensive when cold (I liked to compare it to seltzer water with alcohol) and has a lower calorie/alcohol ratio.

Milwaukees Best????

Aw man....I had that stuff when I was at my gf's parent's house. Her sister's husband brought it. It's the type of beer you get when you have no money....or when you are so hammered that everything begins to taste the same.

It's better than Budweiser, but really, what isn't?

natty ice is all i drink at parties, haha. i can get really drunk, really cheap, and its great for pong.

if im not drinking myself into a coma, i cant jsut drink it casually. but for getting fucked up...its al lthe same.
