Hey, I don't mind watching Morning Express with Robin Meade. She's not hard on the eyes and there's just enough "news" on her show that I catch most of the headlines while I get ready for work.

Nancy Grace on the other hand is abhorrent and one of the only women I've ever truly considered punching right in the middle of her stupid face.

I suspect that most of her audience are old, Republican women.
 
- can't stand to see those long fake eyelashes, especially on someone who has to look down so often at papers

- someone handed the guy a phone - they said they would just beforehand.

- kid could've definitely come back on his own for whatever reason

He is not on the up and up. The kid has had problems in the past running away from his father. The cops have found a PVC pipe with blood on it... which is just as hard as a baseball bat that has blood stains on it and have found bruising on the kid plus the dad failed a lie detector and step mom has and or wants nothing to do with the lie detector... people who know this guy have said he acts like he is a nice guy to your face but is very aggressive in real life... another thing too is that their were boxes about 30-50 pounds each stacked up like a wall where the kid was hiding at and an oil drum too this kid is too scrawny to have moved those there like that... and where he was at there was a newer plate with food on it and around it too... someone was feeding the kid...

(I don't think the FBI could've missed the boxes though)

I agree and never watch her, well I don't really watch tv anymore either but I did see the interview on youtube and it didn't look that bad. Even the father was ok with it by the looks of it. I mean it was very weird the basement was search by multiple police agencies with dogs etc. I don't think she was accusing him just expressing how odd it was, I'm not even sure she totally believed the news herself. My first thought was the kid just came back home.

Have to wonder the dynamics of the media these days. You can always be skeptical of someone becoming a media spectacle. But on the other hand, networks like HLN in particular, thrive off of these kinds of stories, they seek them out and exploit them for their own personal gains. It's not always so clear in a situation which side is the exploiter and which is the exploited.
