Is there any rules against inappropiate names?

It's basically a common sense approach. Don't have a numbnuts name and you won't ruffle any feathers. It's a somewhat subjective thing and the mods would likely ban/delete the account of folks that have stepped beyond the "line"

Well haven't got a responce yet from a mod, but i don't find the user "Mcveigh" to be very appropiate here. Mods? I'm sure you wouldn't wanta stick up for a name like that.

Who cares how long he's been here, or i've been here...does it matter? No. I don't know how you can use that flag and sit here and argue with me about this, makes me ashamed to use it too. Fact is i live in OKC, and i don't think it's appropiate at all and if you do then you got issues. Not asking for him to be banned or anything, just change it.

Are you having problems thinking or something? Please when you do come up with a relevant reason for someone to walk around with the name of a terrorist you let me know.

Not sure what this means, but hopefully there's an apology to mcveigh hidden within as he has been reported to the mods for no reason at all. Zlash you might try at least PMing the person who is "offending" you via their AT username before jumping to conclusions and assuming they are paying a tribute to terrorism.
