Both fronted by the same synth/vocalist, Tobacco is his side project with the bass player from BMSR. Tobacco is definitely more hip hop based where BMSR are a lot more sacchrine (in a good way) and psychedelic. Great surreal addictive as fuck stuff.. check out their new album too it's fucking awesome.

Check out his album Fucked Up Friends or at least these two songs: dirt and side 8
dirt has aesop rock emceeing over it

awesome, if you dig it he's playing at the empty bottle in chitown on 9/24.

I'd go but I've seen him and BMSR a bunch before and that's the night Sunny Day Real Estate is playing Chicago with all 4 original members for the first time in like 11 years :heart:

Plants and Animals - Mercy can only find this live, but the record version is awesome.

Gojira - Global Warming pretty heavy, but great. Terrific album.

Ambulance Ltd. - Anecdote nice little song

Baroness - Isak another great heavier song. Whole album is awesome.
