Hey folks... ATOT knows all, right?

I don't know wtf happened to two of my standard N64 controllers, but I'm down to just 2 out of 4.

I tried looking around for a place that sells standard nintendo brand ones but didn't find any with a few places selling various 3rd party controllers.

What's my best option
1. Go on ebay (or similar) and try to find some original nintendo brand ones
2. Get some 3rd party controllers off ebay (or similar)
3. Get some 3rd party controllers from some online store
4. Other?

Any particular 3rd party controllers that are decent?

I've found 3 other people nice enough to let me destoy them at Mario Kart so I need to take advantage of it :p

Really? I checked last week when I was a bit bored and noticed that there weren't many real nintendo ones at that time either.

Well I'm going to put this on our relationship "to do list" right above "Zombie Attack Plan" and see how it goes.

If we fail, I'm going to check out ebay.

Thanks :D

Local Gamestop's or other video game stores in your local area that trade used games. You can usually find old controllers for old systems if you look around. I found some Dreamcast/Genesis controllers.

Double off topic, but I've been wondering where I could get a 4 port N64 hub that connects to a USB port on my PC. All I can find is those ones that have been around for about 10 years (which also supports PSX, one of each port). Instead of buying 3 of those junky things, is there a 4 player N64 usb switch hub for a PC? I want to play some Goldeneye/Mario party with friends.

That's actually the first place I went to look and my local place didn't have anything n64 in the whole place :(

store.nintendo.com!

Granted, they sell each gray controller for $25, but they do actually have them.

Yikes, I don't think this is worth $50 to me, but thanks :D

I did find one place that sells them for like $15 used but I'm going to try the garage sales first.

If I didn't use mine (planning on getting some friends together to play through Gauntlet sometime soon), I'd sell you them, but I do, so too bad for you. :p

Hmm, I might see if any of the local places had any. I got one from there one weekend when I found out I only had three remaining.

I suppose I could to a "WTB" in FS/FT also since I'm sure there are a few forum members who don't play n64 as much as they used to ;)

Edit: To be more specific

Thanks

How do I tell how much these people are selling them for? A few have "value" filled out, but not all. Do I just make an offer?

Also I'm not sure how to tell if these are original nintendo brand ones or 3rd party manufacturers. Would this be in the description or from info from the seller then?

Make sure you meet the requirements.

Lol, i wonder how you get the first 25 heat.

Yoyo, have you checked out Craigslist? Depending on your area, you might be able to snag up entire N64 systems/games/controllers for less than what a controller costs due to people just wanting to "get rid of their junk".

I've been checking craigslist too. There seems to be a lot of PS2 stuff for older systems but not so much N64 love :(
