Great job! Next time use natural light to photograph your woodworking accomplishments, it will enhance the look far more than the yellow light from the incandescent. :roll:

Will post more when the whole project is done. Going to have mahogany legs.

BTW I goofed and linked twice to the same pic. The third one is now different.

I would take a picture of the beautiful desk i labored over for a week, but im at college, 400 miles away from it. Btw, kinda sucks that I spent a week on that desk and moved to college the next month :-\
 
Gel stain (antique maple) and 3 coats of oil based semi-gloss lacquer.

This is one of it last week, putting the edges on the cabinet door. Text
And this is one of it set up, with lots of dust on the lens. Text

It took three full days to build, even the trim was ripped down and routed from scratch. 😀
