Yeah I dropped mine yesterday. Impact wasn't strong or anything but I think that's what did it.

Off I go for a new head though! It has been a long time either way.

PS the inside of those things are nasssty.

Like two other people said, it's probably the magnets. There are two of them glued inside the bottom of the head.

What do I do with them exactly? They seem to be in place.

mine doesn't give a low battery warning anymore it just quits...

Glue them back, but if they are in place... Compare it to the new head.
