Congrats, you took a $100 rim fire rifle, threw a bunch of money at it and turned it into a $100 rim fire rifle. You could have accomplished the same thing and spent a bit less money if you just left the original stock on there, bought a cheap scope and a few 50rnd magazines.
you don't spend money on your hobby?
oh, it was cheaper than spending $7-800 on the AR-15 i was initially considering, not to mention way cheaper on ammo also.
also, this is the 2nd time you've come into this thread to bash my gun. everyone els posting likes it. don't you have something better to do?
Not really, no.
Come on, you'll have to admit that it does look a bit ghetto.
I own that gun and quite frankly it's a good plinker, accurate and reliable and it shoots cheap ammo but in the end it's still a .22 rimfire cartridge. You've basically taken the civic of guns and stuck a bunch of stickers and wings on it.
I hope you have fun with it.
Jules Maximus has a point. Anything with tapco is gonna be ghetto.
Not that bad on a 10/22 though. Putting anything tapco on an AR-15 is a sin and should be punishable.![]()
i don't understand how it's "ghetto"?
Tapco makes cheap, shoddy, and ugly products (for the most part). You could have done much better
As KK said, if you like it then that is all that counts. I personally wouldn't own a firearm with tapco products attached to it, but that's just me.
