Just be honest. Say "Look, that isn't going to be a problem, I know not to get into a situation like that with my roommates. Unless she's hot. Or I'm drunk."

Explain to her why you'd be the perfect roommate despite being male. In college, me and my roommate weren't looking for two female roommates, but when they came by and we all exchanged information about our majors, hobbies, etc, we all felt like too good of a match to pass up...and it worked out great ;)

And if that doesn't work, tell her, "Thanks for the lead" and move on to the other roommate ;)

Just tell the two girls, and Mr. Roper downstairs, that you are, in fact, a homo. Then, after you move in, hilarity will ensue as you try to juggle your real life as a hetero hound on the prowl, with your fake life as a gay roommate for two pretty but stupid girls.

The real beauty of this plan is that, if you do end up plugging the skank, you can just say something like she was trying to convert you, you were experimenting, and/or thinking about changing teams.
