I'm getting a pain in my wrist after I've used the computer for a while. It sucks🙁

Then I got one of these.

No joke, it did the trick. It's actually really easy to use, and very comfortable.

i followed this advice and got one of these a few weeks ago, as i had really bad right wrist too. It seems fine now after few weeks using it, plus, surprisingly, i can still game (tho it took a bit of getting used to) :🙂

I actually have both a Evoluent and a 3M vertical mouse. Both seemed to stop the occasional wrist pain I was getting. I prefer the feel of the 3M one, which looks like a joystick with a mouse base, but it doesn't have a scroll wheel. I tried a Gyration air mouse for a week once too, but I was always pretty slow with it.

I switched to using a trackball years ago because of pain in my lower forearm when using a mouse. No problems since.

You owe it to yourself to at least try one. I had them get me one at work too.
