What is your idea of what it would take to make the Palestinians tire of war? Would the current occupation of their cities qualify?

Here is an idea. After Saddam is removed, take an area of Iraq and have the Palestinians move there. Now the have their own country, and there is a buffer zone between them and Israel.

Build a great wall of Israel and move the Palestinians to Saudi Arabia with all the other muslims.

Very tough question. They will only come to the table at the point of a gun. It's just a matter of how bloody they want to be before they sue for peace. The current Palestinian leadership does nothing to inhibit the terrorist attacks perpetrated and it will take the near annihilation of that leadership to bring them to the table.

Until they themselves are faced with either losing power or losing their lives, you will not see any meaningful negotiations happening. Why? Because even if the Palestinians make some attempt at peace, it will be sure to be blind-sided by more terrorist attacks in an attempt to derail negotiations. There is extreme pressure to keep the Palestinian situation status quo by continuing aggressive acts on Israel. This has nothing to do with any real issues surrounding peace negotiations and has everything to do with the Arab vendetta against Israel.

Until the leadership of the Palestinians are faced with extinction, until they arrive to that bloody point in time, you will not see any resolution to this issue.

Anyway, that's my feeling about it. I could be wrong but the history of the region is certainly in agreement.

edit:speling :)
