To be honest, though, you might have just considered getting a GT500. I'm biased, of course 🙂
 
Other than the "Supercharged" emblems, its a 500 HP car that would otherwise be picked on and mistaken as a weak 300 HP 3V 4.6. Qualifies as sleeper without the badges.
 
I was also going to post that it looks like a sleeper to me. It looks like a regular Mustang. It wouldn't be a sleeper if it had a big wing and racing stripes.

I accept that any newcomer to a forum will take a few licks at first. It's only natural. Every forum has it's own culture, and it's the burden of the FNG to learn the house rules. Newcomers with the audacity to think everyone's going to kiss their ass for whatever reason invariably get themselves banned when they get mired in pissing matches. I'm not here for that. I just want to learn and share cool stuff.

Not gonna lie. Took me a minute to realize the supercharger was under the intake...I was like, "That guy's on crack, there is no blower under that hood".

LOL. It's a wonky-looking setup but looks pretty clean. I also like how the strut tower brace goes right under the intake.
 
Don't think anybody here called his car shitty. I think we can all agree it is a very nice car. It is just calling something a sleeper that most people won't agree is a sleeper will bring in all of bored people lol 🙂. Just like if he said in his title "check out my sweet sports car" and posted a mustang we would all be arguing about whether a mustang can be a sports car or not.

I was poking fun at him because a did have a little sleepy '66 notchback back in the day. It started out life with a 6 and a 3 speed, so when I did the V-8 and toploader install I did not have to de-badge it. I kept the factory '66 hubcaps on some wider steelies and turned the raised white lettering in on the 70's and 60's. I hid the exhaust under the car with downward exits. Noisy as hell when you got on it, but from the side it appeared like a stock 200 CID 6 banger.
