I burn up to 4000 + calories a day with my current muscle mass and exercise, so I know the calorie food intake won't be higher. My friend is a pretty serious body builder (he enters shows and competitions) and wrote this diet specifically up for my height/weight. He was on a more extreme version of it before and lost about 10 pounds in a week. I will be sure to keep you guys updated on how its going and my weight.

As for cooking part, it won't be too bad, boil 12 eggs in the morning, make the steak and chicken on electric grill, and the others are cake.

lostring that much in a week = unhealthy
It is, but common building up to a bodybuilding competition.

At my gym there is a body fat gadget that gives you a rough estimate of where your at. It's not pinpoint accurate but it gives me a general idea.

Looks like a good plan

Personally, I think your food choices make for too much cooking. However, I think you're food choices are healthy. You're getting lots of lean meats while eating some fruits and vegetables.

My metabolism is super fast now
Isn't it awesome? I did about the same thing you did. Completely changed my diet (almost 2 years ago now) and the effect is crazy.

Great job by the way! Your meals look perfect.

My question: What time are you eating all of these meals?

I drink 4.5 liters so I am always optimally hydrated, and in truth its not that much. I live in a smoggy city with humidity so I'm always sweating.

Calorie intake is around 1400-1800 a day.

The meals arent that hard to cook, toss veggies etc into boiling water done in 3 min. Meats etc done in 5 min on grill.

I eat my first meal at around noon and finish off at around 2 am with my last. I have 4 months off school and I don't work so I can follow this diet fully. Normally though you'd eat when you woke up or you would wake up, do some cardio, then eat your first meal. School time that won't be possible though, so Ill just eat alot in the morning and night time reach the gym. Won't lose as much weight but will still be getting awesome results. This diet can be modified to ones own time/abilities, you will lose weight no matter what, just the more factors you keep strict about it, the faster you will get results. My buddy tells me if I weigh my food Ill lose up to 500 extra calories a day just for doing that.
