Sleep with a pillow under your legs. That usually works for me. 🙂

lately my back is killing me, I dont know what it could be, maybe my mattress or my chair at work.
should i go to chiropractor?
is it worth it?
Same here. If I slouch too much or lean way back (and take my lower back away from the chair's lumbar support) it feels comfortable to me at the time because I'm relaxed, but it definitely makes it MUCH MUCH more sore later on. I've got two chairs in my office. Lately I've switched chairs to the one with more padding and better lumbar support and have been forcing myself to sit up a bit straighter. My pains have all but disappeared now.Originally posted by: Skoorb
I've found that mine hurts a lot if I sit badly, which I almost always do. Sit up straight with lumbar support.

Yes, chiro is definitely worth it. Forget about your doctor, all he/she can do is give you pain killers. The problem will still be there after the pills are depleted.
Seeing a chiro is not very expensive and your medical insurance may cover it.
Back problems are not something that just happens over night. It took years of abuse to get your back to that point. Besides theropy, the Chiropractor may be able to give you advice on how to take care of your back.
