Buddy gave me a box of his old Nikkor lenses. I picked up a fleabay adapter for around twelve bucks and it works great! Lens in the picture is a 4.5 90-230mm Vivitar. I just wanted to show off 😀

Yup...via the $500 Canon adapter plate :hmm:

The RED Canon adapter lets you do autofocus too, but my $12 fleabay adapter doesn't 😀

It's surprisingly sharp so far...I'm impressed for having it on an adapter. Can't wait for the weekend to go out and play with it :awe:

Very difficult handheld - no IS and achieving perfect focus is really hard. Can't wait to mess around with this on a tripod - love the bokeh!!

Gets a lot of digital grain, especially when you sharpen. Handheld is difficult but I like how the old lenses make the image look!

Lenses you actually own? I wish I had the Sigma 120-300 2.8, but I'll probably never take it anywhere.

Instead, I just have the Sigma 100-300 F4. Maybe thats why people call it the stalker lens when they see it.
