Kelvrick, I've heard that's a really fantastic lens. What do you think of it?

if you are asking about the Sigma 100-300 F/4 i have it as well and its IMO a great lens if you are looking for a relatively cheap long lens. focuses fast throughout the range is sharp and all that, it really needs to be updated with some sort of image stabilization as its gets a bit wild hand holding it at 300mm

I also think its a great lens. Got it for a steal as well, I paid 620 for the DG model from a guy on potn from australia or new zealand.

The only complaint is weight, but for a 100-300 f4, I don't complain too much. OS would be AWESOME, but I would imagine would bump the price up to 4 figure territory.

if you look on sigmas website they list it at 1800 already. Most places sell it for around 1k. i got mine brand new for 750.

i would gladly pay a grand for an IS version
