Don't forget that MMA fighters cut 10-15lbs before a fight, hence even a guy like Nate Diaz runs around at 165-170lb.

Seriously, you don't know how to make ramen soup? (That's what makes me think this is a troll post).

Of course I know how to make basic simple 5 minute ramen noodles, I was referring to a *real* traditional ramen soup.

Meal 1: 5 hard boiled eggs, 1.5 cups oatmeal., 8 oz. o.j.
Meal 2: Tunafish sandwhich, apple, 4 oz. lean chicken breast, 8 oz 2% milk
Meal 3: Tunafish sandwhich, banana, 4 oz. lean chicken breast, 8 oz 2% milk
Meal 4: 12 oz. top round steak, or top loin sirlon porkchops, (or even salmon since you mentioned liking it). 8 oz 2% milk, 2 cups spinach.
Meal 5: Something with cassien protein to slow digest while you sleep, maybe 16 oz. milk, or some cheese or something. Hell even several Tbsp. of peanut butter.

Basically don't worry about getting fat. You probably look like you survived biafra at this point. Take a multi-vitamin as well. If you can eat more in the morning, throw in some strawberries or blueberries, say 1/2 cup each day with meal 1.

I usually drink gatorade/arizona green tea/powerade, guess I might try the milk. So basically try to fit in a fruit with any of my meals, I think I'll try that. Just ate a fruit salad with mangos/watermelon/pineapple ( mmm ).

What about take out food? I think I'll try to avoid the pizzas/hamburgers and maybe go for something like a gyro. I'm not used to tunafish sandwich, but the last time I did have it.. it was pretty good.

If you don't like tuna, try PB&J on whole wheat bread. and 3" is a HUGE difference. It's harder for many taller people to 'fill out' because they need more calories. Just get a basic diet established like what I laid out, and you'll be fine.

edit: Thank God you meant real ramen soup....

That ramen looks pretty good. How DO you make that? I think I'm ordering that for dinner later this week.

you should think about the amount of cholesterol you're taking in your body. I used to eat like that back in the days my late teens and early 20s and i pay for it now (5'11'' 195lb) once you realize that your metabolism slowed down you would have gained a considerable amount of body fat. Also, through the years of eating all the fatty foods can hurt you later down the line with health conditions.

Well, I sure do hope you're talking about the amount of saturated fat he's getting that's affecting his cholesterol rather than his dietary cholesterol intake.
