6'3 155 lbs, age 20.. skinny/athletic body type.
10 AM - wake up
12:30 PM - 2 slides of NY style pizza
6:00 PM - 12x buffalo wings
9:00 PM - 1x hamburger, 2x spicy italian sausage, 1x peach
3 AM - noodle soup
So, what types of foods should I be eating? I really don't gain a lot of weight, I eat pretty often ( this is my typical day ).
I don't really know how to cook well, I was thinking of learning how to make a real ramen soup or something.. I like salads but I've always made very minimal simple salads and nothing complex. I'm OK with fried salmon, not really used to regular seafood. I don't eat much fruits nowadays either.
