I bolded the dumb sh!t you did. Here's a breakdown of all the things I'd drill you for if I were a mean cop having a bad day.

- Talking on a cellphone while driving
- Not paying attention to the entire road
- Going too fast around a blind corner
- Running the yellow
- Getting out of your car when a cop pulls you over (are you trying to get shot? keep your stupid ass IN THE CAR unless they ask you to step out)
- Arguing ("fighting") with a cop
- Not getting back in the damn car when he told you to

first off.. we wern't on phones during this thing.. we were talking after the slip about 15 minutes for about 15 seconds to be careful before this incident.. i was going 30 on a 45 so i was not speeding at all... i could of easily stopped but didn't wanna slip and hit something.. i got out of the car after i started the conversation with the cop.. i poked my head out and he seemed ok.. so i stepped out then. he was ok at first but got upset with me cause i kept telling him to get me the ticket instead.. all these things really don't matter either cause thats not my question.. My question is how will her insurance be effect if no points will be deducted????? thats all i need.. don't crap my thread... ty
