If you want, call your local TV stations and let them know about the shady practices at the store and that it's happened to other's too (but of course it's a friend of a friend and you don't know who). I'm sure they'd love it if a camera crew showed up to ask them about calling the cops on customers.

Her: I know, I know, I'm sorry, I just... I don't know. You were sitting in your car for a long time.

Her: I'm sorry if you felt humiliated.

Me: No I'd rather write a letter give me your name
Her: Coughs it over

So you talked for a long time with the engine running and you've been "stopped plently of times by the police for sitting around in my car?" This should tell you something.

She gave her name and apologized.

You've gottoo much timeon your hands, are incredibly thin skinned, or don't really have anything better to do.
Grow up, get over it, and take your business elsewhere. Continue to shop there and she'll keep fvcking with you, fer sure.

I don't give a crap if she apologized. You wouldn't feel satisfied either. I'm going to get her written up if possible. She only apologized after I threated to have her written up.

so if it were a girl doing the same. No one would call the cops. A gas station owner and a corporation are different things altogether. I didn't do anything wrong and calling the cops on me AFTER I left without a problem/disturbance is F'ed up. Also, this isn't her private parking lot, it's part of a PUBLIC shopping center which makes it different. I could have been waiting for someone else in a different store among other things.

I don't care if you agree with her or not, legally it's WRONG and unjust.

no it is not.

IF she thinks you are going to do something she has the right to call. was she wrong? yeap.

but she had the right to call if she thought you were going to do something.

yes and I have every right to get her in trouble for false accusations. If I called the cops on you for no reason because you look like a hobo, you would probably sue me.

EDIT: There needs to be consequences for those who are so pompous and cynical to think that the world is filled with nothing but murderer's, robber's and rapist's and try to get them in trouble with the law for no reason is a crime I'm sure.

I guarantee if I called the cops and said that my neighbor is 'suspicious' he can press charges for harassment, etc..

That really depends on the circumstances. Neither you, nor me, have the slightest real grasp of said circumstances to make that call.

it was simple, I walked around, asked questions, chatted it up with some loser behind the counter which was more than happy to talk with me about Wii games, etc and then left because I didn't want anything from that store and then the cops showed up and treated me like i'm some run away convict.
