Why would I be jealous? I go out when I want with whom I want. I don't need permission. If you're trying to imply that I'm jealous of their relationship, I'm not. My gf wanted us to move in together but I resisted until she gave up.
You miss your best friend, don't you?

You are jealous of their relationship in that you are cut out of it. You don't have your friend to hang with anymore.

Hell, being "trained" is part of marriage. I'm "well trained" according to my wife...I even put the seat down when I finish peeing. :p

I have to ensure that if I slip; that I wipe the edge also.
I make the mess, I clean it up.:\
Makes it rough getting up in the middle of the night and having to aim straight.:'(

I don't miss him. I just don't like what's become of him. It's disgusting. It goes against everything we did. I understand your wife is supposed to be your best friend but a wife/family shouldn't be there 24/7 dictating how you live. Makes you wonder who wears the pants in the house. I know women wear men down over time but this is ridiculous.

I'm married. Most days I go to work, come home, spend time with the wife and kid and then I go to bed to do it all over again the next day. It is like this most of the time but I still do things with my friends too. I ride my motorcycle with my friends or go hang out and watch a football every once in a while, just not every weekend.

dont lie, we all know you pee sitting down... :D

Not unless I'm REALLY drunk...and I haven't been that drunk in at least 15 years.

lol that's a terrible idea.

Maybe my friends are just fucking retarded but if the seat is down for any reason, they will piss on it. And they won't clean it up. And they won't admit it was them. I FUCKING KNOW IT WAS YOU, I PUT THE SEAT UP, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO PISSES ON IT

Sounds to me like you just need a better grade of friends.

Are you trying to make the OP cry?

If so, I approve! ;)

He used to hang out with us. However, after getting married and having his child, his wife has managed to turn him into a house cat. I even saw him crying in a video over some bullshit. I've also seen his and hers bathrobe at their place. His wife even brags to my girlfriend about how she has him "trained". Trained. The bitch used that word like 20 times during that conversation. Is there any hope? He used to pick up the tab when we went drinking.
You left a clue to the real issue in this post. I highlighted it for you.

The correct thing to do is to also put the lid down, so she has to lift something as well. :p

You got a wife? You got kids? You got nothin.

In this case nuthin = $, so he probably doesn't care.

I know guys that work and actually get allowances from their not-working (or barely working) wives. And they get 1 or 2 days a month when they're allowed to go out and do something they want. If they violate that rule they get yelled at. Like kids or dogs.

Sorry, that's not being "mature". Just the opposite I'd argue.

So you're telling me my friendships & relationships with people who I've known for a decade or more, who've been there for me when life has sucked & who I've shared some of the best times of my life with mean nothing? Yeah, ok.

I grew up with this guy. We used to throw rocks at each other when we were younger and do all kind of other shit. Now this. This isn't "growing up". Something isn't right.
I don't think doing your best to induce a concussion in the other guy is a very commendable example of how he was okay before marriage.

Put the lid down before you flush if you have toothbrushes in your bathroom. Otherwise you aerosolize the waste and may as well be brushing with sewage.

Try getting a flushlight or regular nightlight for the bathroom. That way your eyes don't have to readjust much and you can still see enough to aim.

When I get married, I'll be as whipped as she wants me to be providing (a) I can ride my motorcycle at least one day during the weekend for a minimum of so many hours, (b) VT football on Saturday will most likely be sacred. If it's on and I'm not riding it's me time, (c) I get time every night to decompress after work. Whether that's through working out or reading I don't care, just give me some time to myself.

If I get these things and dinner at night after work and sex on a pretty frequent basis, I give her full authority to domesticate me. Hell, I'm trying to domesticate myself at the moment by teaching myself how to cook.

It does mean a lot but think about this. A child will carry on and be around long after you are gone. If you want to have any impact on your child's life you have to be there for them and not out drinking with people who have no clue what life is about. There comes a time when going through the daily grind just to "go out with buddies" is a progressively less gratifying activity. Sacrifice is one of the most outstanding attributes of growing up.

dude he has a kid now, get real. just be happy you get to see him at all. kids are quite a bit of work and expensive, so when you do get to kick with him instead of letting him get the tab the rest of you should cover it for him.

Did it ever occur to you that he prefers HER company to yours?

After all, she (probably) gives him pussy. What have YOU done for him lately?

This is the exact thing I used to say when I had friends bust my balls for hanging out with my gf when they wanted to do something. "She's just as much fun as you guys, and I can have sex with her." :p

How is this different from something like sports?

You are clueless. Maybe that's why you don't have a man.
