He used to hang out with us. However, after getting married and having his child, his wife has managed to turn him into a house cat. I even saw him crying in a video over some bullshit. I've also seen his and hers bathrobe at their place. His wife even brags to my girlfriend about how she has him "trained". Trained. The bitch used that word like 20 times during that conversation. Is there any hope? He used to pick up the tab when we went drinking.

He's growing up. One day you'll do the same.
I grew up with this guy. We used to throw rocks at each other when we were younger and do all kind of other shit. Now this. This isn't "growing up". Something isn't right.

He'll come back after the divorce but won't be anywhere near as much fun.

Did it ever occur to you that he prefers HER company to yours?

After all, she (probably) gives him pussy. What have YOU done for him lately?

Whip his ass until the testosterone gets flowing and he tries to kill you.
Then he will take care of the bitch on his own.

That's what happens. For the most part, when you're single you tend to have single friends. When you get in a long term relationship (or married) with someone, you tend to have couples friends, and when you have kids, you have couples with kids friends. Your interests and focus changes so hanging out at bars doing the singles thing doesn't work so well anymore.

As someone said, it's just a part of growing up.

Alternatively, of course, he could very well be whipped.

Pussy has never been a problem. I just don't understand what spell she has over him. My ticket may be that keyword she uses; "Train". Once he realizes what's going on he may snap out of it. Nobody wants a divorce. But a return to who he is would be the right step.

Hell, being "trained" is part of marriage. I'm "well trained" according to my wife...I even put the seat down when I finish peeing. :p

lol that's a terrible idea.

Maybe my friends are just fucking retarded but if the seat is down for any reason, they will piss on it. And they won't clean it up. And they won't admit it was them. I FUCKING KNOW IT WAS YOU, I PUT THE SEAT UP, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO PISSES ON IT

Time for him to start training her. It works both way. Clean house, clean kids, dinner on the table and a cocktail when he gets home or she gets no penis or help around the house and just goes out with you every night.

It works both ways.

you sound jealous.
Why would I be jealous? I go out when I want with whom I want. I don't need permission. If you're trying to imply that I'm jealous of their relationship, I'm not. My gf wanted us to move in together but I resisted until she gave up.
