I think the large dark area below the eyes is not a mouth which I thought at first, but a big nose. The small white spot that seemed to be teeth is a glare/reflection on the top of the nose, and the whole nose area and below is smudged to be much wider than it actually is.

It's maybe a dog of some kind but I don't know which one. Eyes are too close together to be clifford. I feel like I know what it is, but I can't place it.

Also, your brother is a dick.
