I don't think this is right, but the first thing that came to mind was Wooly Willy.

Whatever it is, even the distorted image looks very familiar but I have a feeling it's a character that I would recognize but not be able to identify.

The eyes are clearly like Patrick's, the color is in the general vicinity (red vs pink), and a perceptive individual should be able to see his large extended forehead (which maintained his original color).

WEll, the problem is that white line below his eyes and just above the dark part that is his mouth. It certainly looks like teeth, but most pictures of patrick do not show teeth. This is why I ruled him out.
