Not surprising.
I think basically everyone would agree that the C2Ds have become worse & worse for OCing potential due to more aggressive binning.
The initial A batch, & then B batch were certainly the best IMO.
Best would be Bs overall IMO, as they usually are low VID & low vcore friendly, as well as having as high ceiling with the main drawback being slightly to significantly hotter temps.
Fs are okay in some cases, & they seem to run cooler, though they don't clock nearly as well as most A/B ones.
I honestly haven't followed the new F,G,L etc batches as much, but it seems they have somewhat gotten progressively worse, depending on luck somewhat of course.
