My dog died

That is the crappy part about pets - they never live as long as we do unless you get a tortoise or something.... you get so attached just to see them get old and die.

Bladder cancer. We thought she had a bladder stone and she had some routine surgery to remove it, until it was discovered during the surgery and we made the decision to put her to sleep ;(. If we hadn't done anything, she probably would've died in 1-3 months, a very uncomfortable death (the urine would have no where to go, the cancer was closing off the exit of the bladder).
 
I lost a Cat about 6 months ago and that really was hard on me. He was a good friend. Since then I got a new cat and that made me feel alot better. Goto the local pound a rescue a puppy it will make you feel alot better.

Get a parrot. They don't quite live forever, but they're so freakin annoying that is seams like it.
