Just watched Fittest on Earth on netflix and all I can say is whatever workouts cross fit uses, they certainly result in some crazy strong people. Just crazy strong.

Almost all crossfit facilities post their workouts for free on their websites. Froning's gym is called Crossfit Mayhem. However, the games athletes (read: professional athletes) typically do more than the workouts they post.
