Actually, I didn't do it, my dad did. We were trying to get a computer to run right, but we had a 1800 and a 2000 and he was switching them back and forth a lot. One time he just got lazy and decided to try it without the heatsink (I wasn't there). Told me what happened later. So I took the chip to school to give to a friend to test for me, because we got the machine running with the 2000, but he said he didn't want to because it might damage his motherboard. So I said okay, I don't need it anymore, and gave it to my friend, who gave it to someone else who threw it away. So now my dad decides it was still working and is charging my $20 for losing it. I'm not paying him because from what I hear, it was dead, who pays $20 for a useless piece of plastic?
