EDIT: Hmmm....the handwriting DOES seem to degrade in quality with each subsequent page.

EDIT #2: Odd the handwriting also seems to be a mix of right-handed and left-handed writing.

I am pretty confidant that it was graded by a TA and not the actual professor. As I said, the original author definitely says that this is how he got it handed back.

I must agree. noway he gets a 61 for that. He deserves at least a 95 for the amount of effort he put into making this the funniest report ever.

Also, I don't know about most colleges but mine sure doesn't give out letter grades...
