My bro is stealing my money

One day he asked me if he could borrow some money so I said okay how much do you need so he said 30 dollars. I only had two 100 dollar bills so I said give me the change back.

The next day I asked him where the change is and he said he used it. I told him he needs to start saving to pay me back. Than couple days ago when i was sitting at the camp fire drinking he says he took my other 100 dollar bill becauase he was going to get beat the ****** out of because he owed some guy money. I was like okay why did you do it without asking me? made some lame ass excuse and said he would pay me back the money when he got his new job.

It's now been about two weeks and he has taken
+100 the first time
+100 without asking
+2 dollars
than one dollar who the ****** does that
I recently put some new money in there 15 to be exact and yesterday he took 5
and now today he took 10.

I need to talk to him this is starting to get on my nerves I am not a little ****** piggy bank that gives you free money he makes more money than I do and his ass is over here wasting it all cause he's bad with money. My bro is terrible with money ows everyone money a liar and i am sick and tired of his bullshit excuses the fool is 22 I mean GROW UP. I am 16 and I am more mature than this mofo. He lives back with his parents in my room I clean up his ****** he doesnt apperciate what my parents are doing for him. All he does now is go out and party you think that would get old after awile even ive grown out of it. My bro is a failure at LIFE basically.

my question is should i just honestly tell him all this ****** I said right here he told me if i ever had any ****** with him he wanted me to tell him the truth and I said okay.

You sound like a bit of a puss too...why don't you kick his ass or something for STEALING your money??? At least out of principle.
 
There is a saying,I can remember something about teaching a man to fish or what and he is all good.Sounds like he needs help finding work.With out work what are we as men?
 
Do you have access to anything of his that is of similar value to the money he owes you? Take that thing as security for repayment.
 
I would definitally build some sort of trap so that next time he puts his hand into wherever you hide your money he will either have to break it off, or your parents will notice when he screams.

I am pretty sure he is clean maybe some weed but he passed his drug test at work he bought some drink to clean himself out. He likes poker but he's not very good at it so maybe... I basically have a bullshit filter for my brother he is all about telling a good story he exagerates so badly and I am starting to think he has a problem with alchol he's always drinking always yesterday when he walks in he gets a cup and gets a glass puts couple ice cubes in fills it 3/4 the way with crown royal and 1/4 dr.pepper... His mom was a alcholic he's technically my step bro and my step dad and I dont exactly have a good bond. I told him about it but i told him not to say anything. I think today I am just going to flat out tell him to stop taking my money and starting being responsible with his life.
