Hey I was wondering can a Virus mutate inside a host who has had a vaccine?
The virus can mutate anywhere. Mutation is genetic randomness, not controlled by vaccination status. The likelihood of mutation in a vaccinated person is lower since the immune system of a vaccinated person will fight off the virus quicker than that of a non vaccinated person. IE fewer replication cycles so lower chance of mutation.
