I watched another video on his site before angelfire's bandwidth limit kicked it. can we say atot effect? Anyway, that first video on the site is awesome, he does these leaps where his body goes like horizontal and holds, and he like flies, and then magically tucks it into a flip and lands on his feet. then he'll end it with like a 20 foot vertical leap with a kick for flair.

can we say olympics?

A few months back a coworker of mine showed me a video from a Capoeria extreme kick competition, and it was crazy. A combination of springboard gymnastics and karate, this video reminds me a lot of what i saw in it.
