I'd have to say that I'm one person who doesn't deserve Elite.. I asked for it (I thought everyone got it when I first noticed it, so I sortof complained, not realizing what it was really about), noticing other people with lower # of posts being elites..

there are many people I think deserve this more then me, but most of them have all become elites already. benskywalker is a good example.

maybe the mods just liked me.

however, don't think that being elite is any sign that you're better then anyone else. people ignore me quite a bit, I don't have a clue why. maybe they think my posts are too boring.

What's funny is that I thought the original poster was looking for the ancient cool game ELITE!!!! I have heard about it and that's why I read this post.

As far as OT ELITE goes, I am sure it makes the recipient feel good and hopefully gives others who need guidelines on how to contribute positively to the forums. Otherwise it beomes a place of total useless drivel.
