the only way for 24 to be dramatic is against terrorists. and to get more viewers, the only way to do it is to reflect on the present conflicts. ie. radical islamic terrorism. it's only more dramatic when the viewers realize that this CAN HAPPEN in reality.

Yes, in a country of 300 million, some idiot may think he's Jack Bauer and bite the neck off an innocent Muslim at the grocery store. Does that mean 24 should use aliens (not the illegal type of course) as the villains, so that we remove any chance it has to inspire people to do stupid things?
