Muslims to 24 - Terrorize this!

Im going to be partying with a couple muslim friends tonight (as well as catholic, buddhist, and hindu). Should I take my bomb-kit with me? You know....in case I have to diffuse the bomb...like in CS...

i feel bad for the innocent, but bigotry is a given at a time of war, look at how the japs were detained in internment camps during ww2.

no, it's not going to happen again, but you can't really blame people for racial profiling, sorry to tell you this truth, but you can try to change your own attitude but you cannot change the whole population.

and this is exactly what i was talking about in the 24 thread... it seemed like muslims/middle easterners were being targeted for a pro-profiling message. maybe some of you didn't see it because you're white and don't really care, but that's how it's perceived by others...

and i can't wait for monday... i still can't believe jack killed curtis and someone set off a nuke... no more l.a. for as long as 24 will be on the air? that just doesn't register with me...

I totally am, I thought from the first bomber that it was going to be the Chinese, masquerading as Islamic extremists.

I also find it odd to think of Doctor Julian Bashir as a terrorist, even if he does have more facial hair. I wonder if this means Ezri Dax is single again.

it won't work with 24. mafia are out for money, while terrorists are for nothing but terrorism and causing mass casualty. the sense of urgency won't be there with a gang or crazy mafia people.

the only way for 24 to be dramatic is against terrorists. and to get more viewers, the only way to do it is to reflect on the present conflicts. ie. radical islamic terrorism. it's only more dramatic when the viewers realize that this CAN HAPPEN in reality.

look at what agency jack bauer works for specifically, Counter-Terrorism Unit, not Counter-Mafia Unit

The only reason they are 'good' as in 'professional' is bcause they dont have access to education at all. The only form they know is 'madarsa' where a educationally unqualified priest teaches them about jihad. so from childhood thats the only thing they know.
