I believe it's the same holiday where Shia Arabs hit themselves and cut themselves in memory of Imam Hossein ... some guy's death.

it looks like an edited version of some imam guy saying something, taking hat off and 2 guys come take him away, but the frames are repeated you can easily notice the same movements they do. The frames are doubled/tripled and run over and over again to fit the rhytm of the rave music in background. So there you have out of 10 sec footage a 60 sec wtf rave music 😛
