People who take pictures of their food are idiots. I'd approve taking this a step further and picking up the food to mush it into the face of the person holding the camera.

I went out for cocktails with a bunch of girls from work last week and I wasn't allowed to drink any of them until they had been photographed and Instagrammed by at least three separate people.
I started ordering an extra shot just to give me something to drink while I was waiting.

Its kinda funny but also if someone did this to me the meal would be over. Also can we create a version of this for people who take selfies?

I need to know why you feel this way. When I see an entree brought to me in an excellent presentation--they way it was intended--I record it for future reference. My favorite dishes presented in excellent form and capture for future prosperity isn't something idiotic. Now posting it online for others to see can be questionable, but when my fave dishes come out looking like a drunk prepared it allows me to educate the restaurant staff on my expectations when handing the dish back. Why am I an idiot for doing this?

Now, I know this is a common way to serve BBQ over yonder...but that is Franklin's, isn't it? This is very familiar to the tray(s) that I had--and I am jelly.

I take pictures of things I make along often with intermediate steps for illustration.
