Few things I gleaned from that article:
Let children play outside and get dirty. It's better for them to get a little sick at their age rather than get much sicker in adult life.
Vitamin D levels should be checked regularly.
Paint products and varnish should be banned. Or at the very least, if these products are to be used somewhere, treat them as hazardous vapors and keep humans away until they are no longer suspended in the surrounding air.
