That depends on who you ask. The roots of a mindset run deep, very deep, and there's plenty of places in the US where you simply should not go if you don't have the appropriate skin tone (this applies to both religion and non-religious social constructs).

Yes, there are plenty of places where whites shouldn't go if they don't want to be the victims of crime and violence :)

And the problem here is you are looking at this from the wrong perspective. It's not about religion. It's about ignoring when these things occurs UNLESS it's a certain religion.

Well, if a "certain religion" could go more than five minutes without inflicting horrible bloodshed on innocent civilians, they might be able to fly under the radar.

Not untrue. Hence my reference to non-religious social constructs.

Do not conflate this to mean that I support your overtly trollish behavior, though.

But who's ignoring it? Were all here in this thread talking about it and the news is covering it etc. Its not as exciting news as terrorism is, maybe because most people conclude their is not much you can do about disgruntled employee shootings. They happen, sadly.

OP posted this hoping it was a terrorist attack to push a narrative.

Watering the tree of liberty is all this is. Nothing to be done. Guns are gods given right to Americans. And we use them.

It must be a total coincidence that he started this thread, found out the perp didn't fit the original plan and bails.

So... 5 innocent people shot, perp shoots himself and it's not terrorism because?? Guessing it's pretty fucking terrifying to be in that situation no matter what religious ideologies the shooter has.

You surely know how to read my mind, eh? Keep projecting.

In the thread about the attack in London recently, what narrative did I push beside posting the facts about the case? Go ahead, take your time. I will wait.

Who's ignoring it? Its in the news obviously. Also there isnt much you can do about a disgruntled employee. You just have to deal with it occassionally. But a religion is something you can try and deal with or reform perhaps.
There isn't much you can do about a disgruntled employee? While it may or may not apply in this case, there are lots of things you can do to prevent disgruntled employees. You can improve working conditions, improve social safety nets, improve salaries. I'd say that working conditions are actually easier to address than religion.

*raises eyebrows
Someone called? Yeah, people's very lives are on the line for employment. They don't know how to live without it, even for a moment.

You can consider it more of an intuition based up a collection of posting history rather than a singular instance.

So 5 killed plus the shooter. Now had their been the hint of terrorism, irrelevant of the source, we'd have ten pages of what should be done. But since we can't pin it on a religion we just throw our hands up and ignore the entire thing.
Fear sells tickets... as always...

In other word, another example of empty worthless accusation without any evidence to back up.

Thank you for playing and keep projecting, eh?

A real mystery when these two can reliably be trusted to be on the same side.
