My MSI K7T-133A pro freezes up during boot up. It seems my problem is similar if not the same as some I have read about on the Google/ MSI forums. I thought I had a corrupt bios/cmos but it appears that may not be the case. Can anyone give me any info on a work around. I can't even get to the A: drive to reinstall my OS. When I go into the bios/cmos setup, the machine freezes after about 30 seconds. Is the board junk now? If I need to get a new mainboard, what are your recomendations? I can't RMA the board because I got the board at a computer show and that dealer no longer attends and MSI only allows reseller RMA's not the enduser. Also, the board worked well for about a year now and I have since thrown away the reciept. I used to have an Epox board and I liked it very much for my AMD 500mhz K2 before I upgraded. After reading all the posts about problems with this board I don't think I will go with MSI again. Asus, Abit, Epox, any others out there that are good? I'm running an Athlon T'bird 900mhz processor. Is there a site where I can look up motherboards to compare features and reviews/issues? Thanks for any help.
