Got an MSI Neo2 Platinum on Ebay. It came with all documentation, media, cables, but no D-Bracket. Does anybody know where I could purchase one?

If it should have come with the board, send a support request from the MSI website and they will probably send you one. They will know from the serial number of the board if it's missing from the package.

I bought my 7100 retail and both the D-Bracket and the Firewire bracket were missing from the sealed box. They sent it within a week.

Of course that's assuming that the board you bought was in the original sealed packaging.... If not, try using the same form to request to purchase one.

Thanks for the replies. MSI is sending me one. All I can say is that it was the best customer service I've ever seen in the computer industry(assuming I actually get it). I sent them a request yesterday morning via email, they responded promptly asking me to fill out an online RMA form. The serial and model number re on the BOTTOM of the board I have so I told them I couldn't send them the info because the system was up and running. Also, when I tried to submit the form it cme back with a SQL error. I pasted the error in an email, explained about the tag location, and they sent me back an email in about 15 minutes stating the part should be here in 3 days. I'll never use another main board manufacturer.
 
Hey Jersy Joe, or anyone who reads this... is there a page on the MSI website to send this request in? I got a KT6V-LSR and i didn't get the D-Bracket either...

Could u guys direct me to the page on the MSI webpage to make this request or do i just email them directly?

Please advise, i need a bracket! Thanks everyone!

Thanks a lot Jersey Joe! I saw that form too but wasn't sure... i'll go ahead and fill out that form and see if MSI will be as nice to me as they were to you. I'll post back here when i get some results! Laters and thanks again!
 
I just got my bracket in the mail! Mucho kudos to MSI for their superior customer service! MSI customer for life!
