Thanks for the replies. MSI is sending me one. All I can say is that it was the best customer service I've ever seen in the computer industry(assuming I actually get it). I sent them a request yesterday morning via email, they responded promptly asking me to fill out an online RMA form. The serial and model number re on the BOTTOM of the board I have so I told them I couldn't send them the info because the system was up and running. Also, when I tried to submit the form it cme back with a SQL error. I pasted the error in an email, explained about the tag location, and they sent me back an email in about 15 minutes stating the part should be here in 3 days. I'll never use another main board manufacturer.
