Just heard on CBS Up to the minute news that Mr. Rogers died in his home early this morning. He was battling stomach cancer for a while I guess.

No link as I just heard it on the news 🙁

I remember watching him all the time on PBS. He will be missed 🙁

The anchor lady said that it was "early news" this morning. I can't find any links.

I am a pretty cynical and heartless bastard but this makes me sad.
The man, no matter how fruity, was truly a symbol of youth in America.
Nearly all of us watched him at some point. The little train was my favourite part. 🙁

Actually I am still a heartless bastard because I mourn for myself more than Mr. Rodgers.
I hate it when the things and people you've grown up with and know start dropping away.

Why mourn? Rejoice and remember the good times, death will eventually happen to all. Even though its hard not to mourn, think happy thoughts.

🙁 🙁 🙁

And the other day i actually caught a more recent epsiode with him learning how to made clay pots.

Thanks for everything.

🙁 gosh its sad how when we forget about people, the only time we here about them again is when they pass.

i think mr. rogers was one of the most under appreciated men on tv even though everyone knew who he was.

I hope a very worthy memorial will be made for him.
