I just listened to a couple of tracks that i converted, they're terrible they skip every 10 seconds, have great gaps in them and everything, i just need to put some m4a tracks onto a CD! What else can i use?

I'm not sure if that is to encode mp3 to m4a or what? i need to do the reverse, maybe i'm going stupid?..
