the original shot in 1966 with Jimmy stewart, Richard attenborough and hardy kruger
is a masterpeice. The pilot was actually killed flying the plane... The last flight of the phoenix

Amen.

What's the name of that movie in 95(maybe 96) that people plug a game pad into their belly botton to play video games? That is the first movie ever I have to walk out 1/2 way into the movie.

eXistenZ? That was 1999 though, but it's the closest one I can think of.

Oh, and You Got Served. My friends and I went to go see that 'cuase we knew it would be (really) dumb, and therefore funny. It was so bad we didn't even laugh.

Lucky Number Sleven. (at least the tomatometer agrees with me)

My brothers tried to get me to watch it. It sucked and I left after 20 minutes or so.

But then again, I hate most movies.

And Wedding Crashers was terrible for all the hype it received.

Most movies made from video games/comics. The sheer incompetence of their production never ceases to amaze me. Make them true to the storyline, and make them good, dammit!

I agree with you saying Mr. & Mrs. Smith was awful, I thought what the heck is going on? The only thing you could enjoy was the special effects. As far as the plot it keeps slipping your mind that Brad and Angelina are supposed to be married in the movie, I thought what a dumb plot. Oh BTW what film or films made Brad Pitt so popular? I always wonder why is this guy so talked about, what signature film does he have?

Fight Club. Some before that. But Fight Club made him 'in'.

Yeah, Legends of the Fall was what gave him hollywood pretty boy status, but Fight club is what got him respected as an actor.

Dude, Where's My Car?

Ashton Kutcher's first movie, coming off of his popularity on The 70's Show, I thought this would be pretty funny. Not only was it not funny, it was downright horrible.

You are so correct with Black Dahlia. This movie was supposed to be directed by David Fincher (Se7en/Fight Club)and so before he dropped out of this movie I made a mental note to watch this when it came out on DVD that I would really like this movie. It was so unspeakably bad it replaced my previous all time shocker worst movie ever made: League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen stars James Bond Legend Sean Connery and based on the strength of his previous performances made this film a must see. If I started to list all the issues I had with this film I would break my keyboard it was simply unbeleivably terrible.

Not at all. He was waaaay in long before Fight Club.

Thelma and Louise (when the ladies first started getting wet over him), Legends of the Fall (sealed the deal), A River Runs Through it, Twelve Monkeys, and an excellent bit part in True Romance.

He's actually played some rather diverse roles. And he's pretty damn talented.

A.I. Artificial Intelligence
The Aviator

This shows how much opinions vary because I like all three of those.

Same here

I agree with AI, but LIT and Aviator are top notch. (maybe not enough explosions to trigger those over-indulged areas of the brain in certain young males...)

The fact that it's depressing doesn't make it bad (at least not in my world). I really really enjoyed Closer.

I watched that with an American audience. It was a bit weird. The film was okay though, even if Jude Law is amazingly annoying.

The Whole Ten Yards. The only movie I have walked out of the theater while it was still playing.

I've seen a couple that I have really liked listed....primarily Harold and Kumar.

Ones that I haven't seen listed that I have hated are:

1. Dark City
2. Vanilla Sky
3. Meet the Applegates

I have never been so pissed that I wasted two hours of my life like I was when Vanilla Sky ended. What a piece of dung. And Meet the Applegates taught me a very important lesson....NEVER, EVER see a movie that touts itself as the best comedy/drama/thriller/whatever since (insert actually enjoyable movie here). Come to think of it, cult classic or not....PCU falls into this category as well.
