This problem has come up this past week and it has begun to bug me A LOT.
I play a ton of FPS games and overtime, in a little under a minute, a mouse cursor would appear in the middle of my screen right on top of my crosshair in-game. When I move my mouse around, I see the mouse cursor jitter in the direction I move it and it's constantly pulled to the middle of the screen. I'm guessing this is how FPS games detect the speed and acceleration of the mouse in order to move the crosshair.
When I minimize my game and restore it, the problem is gone until the next approximate 30 seconds when it arises again.
Apparently, even outside of the game on my Windows Desktop, the mouse would tend to not respond every now and then for at most half a second before it becomes active again. I get the inactiveness in game prior to seeing my mouse cursor appear.
But anyhow, I'm using an MX510 and I'm tried uninstalling my Mouseware to no avail. I've turned off my Anti-Virus and any unnecessary processes through Task Manager and that also doesn't seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
