man my motivation is just dwelling at the bottom of the barrel right now.
i have no motivation to do work, at work, and little motivation to get a proper regime going down the gym. i just turn up and do a hodgepodge of different stuff, so i end up doing certain exercises one day, then never again till days later...basically making it pointless.
i never used to be like this, i used to train 10 times aweek down at the pool for my local club, but i havent been a full time member there for a while now (since i went to uni 3 years ago) and now any training i do do in the pool is a very lonely experience and i have to try come up with training sets myself. its quite hard when its just you.....
i think i might go see a personal trainer at the gym, maybe he can help me work out a good routine to get into.
